Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • IMMENSE time savings.
  • Fewer "dropped balls"-we don't miss deadlines since they are better recorded.
I pioneered the use of monday.com within one division of our company to solve difficulties with workflow process management. We have since expanded to further divisions across the company and are expanding our usage of the website.

Pros

  • Schedule management.
  • Data visualization.
  • Workflow improvement.
  • User friendly, intuitive for people that are not as tech savvy.

Cons

  • More integrations, keep them coming!
  • Easier use of traditional "Excel" formulas.
  • Communication between boards could be more straightforward to set up, once running it's okay but getting started is a bit of trial and error.
monday.com allows me to create boards with really intense data, then package them up neatly for people to see with extreme ease. I often struggle to get people on board with utilizing new software, but not with monday.com.
Our CSM, EJ, has been excellent to work with! He's very responsive and always gets me what I need.
We have not had any issues with monday.com not being reliable thus far.

monday.com is great for keeping us on track, making sure things don't slip through the cracks, and improving communication/visibility across our team. I imagine that we could do just about anything we wanted to within the platform, but sometimes we have existing tools that are already functioning fine so we choose not to shift to monday.com.
