Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Time savings.
  • Better project management boards.
  • Central place for updates to all team members.
monday.com is crossfunctional to various departments. It provides a central place to obtain updates on any project at any time.

Pros

  • Central point of information.
  • Easy to use - very user friendly.
  • Excellent support team.
  • Easy reporting structure.
  • Easy transition of data to secondary applications.
  • Mobile functionality.

Cons

  • Learning (how-to) seminars.
It is a wonderful product, but I believe there are still a lot of features the product offers, that I have not had an opportunity to use or even know are available. It would be great to constantly tell your users what features and tools you have available.
They have a very quick response time and have never "not" answered.
I had very little experience when I started my new position and was looking for ways to stay on top of everything. monday.com offered excellent templates and suggestions on how to stay organized... each one bright and easy to understand. They saved me!
