Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com with our project management. We have over 50 cases open every month and following the project development would be disastrous without monday.com. We use it across the whole organization.
- Looks stunning.
- Easy too navigate.
- Highly customisable.
- It is expensive when more team members.
- Even paid accounts can't get access to all widgets.
- Some actions require complicated automations.
I really like the basic features, but automations usually require "plugins" and all of them are not included even to the paid version we have. This makes automations quite obsolete.
It has been working perfectly, so I haven't noticed any uptime issues. Features and all work as planned.
