Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Increased ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Knowing who is assigned to projects and their status.
  • Reporting.
Our department, Learning & Development, was the initial department to use monday.com. We use it to track our progress with the trainings we are asked to create. We have recently began to use the forms function for training request submissions. Our success with the platform has prompted two other departments to begin to use monday.com.

Pros

  • Tracking work in progress.
  • Notifying people when an item has been assigned to them.
  • Allowing all steak holders to see the progress of projects in one place.
  • Reporting and tacking the hours involved in projects.

Cons

  • A little overwhelming to use initially.
  • More reporting features.
Initially, monday.com felt overwhelming and confusing to use. Still, at times, it is difficult to find functions easily. I wish there were one main menu that listed the most used functions so that they could be accessed easily without having to look in multiple locations. It was not until we received some training on the platform that it became easier to use.
The support we have received has been great. All of the customer support representatives we have had were very knowledgeable and helpful. They seem to care about our success and work to come up with solutions that fit our need. They are very personable and go beyond caring about us as a client and care about us as people.
monday.com has been very reliable. We have had no times when it was not available for use that I know of. The features work as designed and, as we learn more about them, perform better than initially expected. Our overall experience with Monday.com has been much better than I anticipated it would be.

Yes

monday.com is excellent for keeping track of projects and what team members are involved in the project. It also allows us to see the workload of each team member. Additionally, it allows for communication about projects within the board thus saving the need for added emails and meetings. A manager can see the information needed at a glance.
