We use it as our base platform to collaborate as a team and our clients. Each client has their own board which we have shared with them and then we have a number of boards that are internal to our team. Grow Better Brands manages the sales process of emerging specialty and natural products companies. We are using monday.com to track thousands of retailers for our clients; capturing contact data, status, and interactions. Using it in this way, we are able to capture the data we need, but do it in a visual format and provide transparency to our clients about the process.

- Faster follow up by customer service. In the beginning they were much more responsive...
We have never had an issue with it being down, but on occasion it runs slow. I thought it was just my internet acting up, but my team has experienced the same. This is not a regular thing, but when you want to work... it needs to operate as fast as you are working.
