The workflow on monday.com has been great change in our organization. It has been a collaborative experience for the different departments in the office. The communication between the different members and roles, has been very effective and the ability for check activity through the process is an advantage that everyone was expecting before. I highly recommend the use of this platform for any organization, from small entrepreneurs teams to the greatest companies.

It is a very good platform if you know the basic aspects of it. You have to think previous to start a process to make the best board that links with some other aspects in the organization. The day to day usage is very intuitive, the interface is very friendly and if you spend a little time understanding the platform the workflow is very friendly.
We have a consultant for the very few questions we have. It is a very good option but a lot of options for research for content are available within the platform and out of it. A lot of YouTube videos make the understanding of the platform very easy and the support team is always available.
I find it a great platform to manage work teams and tasks between members. It seems to me a great option to integrate processes and to centralize information between different people. It has great integrations that make data management and document management easy. I highly recommend to migrate your company process to this platform.

monday.com will make a great difference if you spend time thinking how to manage your process before creating a dashboard. If you tend to start a board without even thinking about how your process will work, is very possible you find some issues integrating different aspects of the organization in later moments.
