Excellent for communication, productivity and control.

Very good, easy snapshots of company progress and who is assigned to which role. Makes communication effortless. Easy to navigate and control. Has been vital for us to turn around leads into potential fees. Easy to check productivity of freelancers, whether they have sent out to market the candidates, spoken to clients, arranged phone calls and interviews etc.

My partner usually deals with speaking to the monday.com staff. I believe he is always well looked after and able to fix any problems, redesign the organisation charts, quickly and efficiently. Move things around, make it easier to understand for freelancers. A lot of this has come from him being able to speak to the customer support team.

You can sticky note certain things along the way, this clearly provides an instant eye-catching level of communication for other users/freelancers to check. We're able to quickly tell others who is being worked and who isn't, this means they're able to come in and attach their name and face to a candidate and start rolling with very little instruction from us. The colours, tabs and controls are perfect for this.
