Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • My team adapted to monday.com quickly and easily.
  • monday.com boards have replaced various spreadsheets that were being used and by workers and contractors, which has saved us an enormous amount of time with sharing files and trying to get columns to match.
  • Mobile app is a great asset!
Our primary use of monday.com is project communication within our management team and executive director. This allows us to stay ahead of deadlines, and communicate any needs along the way.

Secondly, we use monday.com as a communication point between our office and two contractors to ensure we are all connected with the needs and opportunities for business and employees across our region.

  • Quick tabulation of lines per board (we use them to determine # of businesses listed, etc.).
I tested 10+ platforms for project management before writing our proposal for monday.com. monday.com was by far easier to understand, which translated in ease of use for staff. Other platforms were difficult to understand and staff would not try to use them.
Some days it may take 24hrs for a return email, but the team I put in place to teach this platform has had no issue in getting their questions answered, and receiving the help they need.
After testing 10+ project management platforms, I found monday.com to be the 1. easiest to learn 2. most user friendly 3. most complete for our need. Using monday.com has helped us stay connected with our contractors and helped keep the "focus" of what we do, and the need in our community at the forefront of our workday.

I track business needs for employee placement, and the number of participants available for placement. monday.com boards allow us to input needs and outcomes and easily track them for weekly statistics to our Executive Director and Board.
