Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Didn't need to hire a project manager.
  • Saved money to ensure two devs don't work on same task.
  • Saved money to keep us organized on our timelines.
Every engineer uses Monday to handle our tickets since we do not have project managers
  • clear organized tickets
  • good options for personalizing view
  • easy to edit and update
  • Sometimes the website is buggy, it will save a ticket just because I click on another tab.
  • Sometimes lags/is slow.
  • Don't really have more, I really like how it works.
Super easy to use and read, with many options for layout that works best for you.
Have only used support once but the response time was very fast.
Sometimes the website is laggy but otherwise it is very reliable and always ready in the morning when I need it.
