Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Meeting deadlines more frequently.
- Better collaboration.
- Improved internal communication and knowledge of all projects.
We are currently using monday.com to manage marketing projects in a single department, but we are about to expand usage to several more departments. In addition to managing tasks and to do lists, it also houses our outbound marketing and communications calendar.
Pros
- Display choices for how you see your assignments.
- The way you can handle both tasks and public-facing calendars in a single system.
- Very easy to learn to use. Intuitive.
Cons
- The subitems are still in beta, but currently do not have the same functionality as items. Would be ideal if you could alter the views (visible columns) for sub items in a saved view, rather than just the items.
I have not experienced any problems in this area.
