Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Saves us from hunting through long email chains.
  • All chats are within the context of every project.
  • Easily adopted by our team.
  • CRM functions are nice!
We use monday.com as a cooperation/coordination tool to "get everybody" on the same page.

Pros

  • Project management.
  • Keeping everyone up to date with changes.
  • Tracking progress.
  • Giving management a birds eye view of everything that is happening.

Cons

  • I am hard pressed to find something lacking...actually feel we haven't scratched the surface with its power and ease of use.
Clean intuitive easy interface...I also like the ability to restrict editing so that accidental mistakes don't affect our important data.
Every issue and question has been expertly and quickly answered...tips and suggestions were also given (and appreciated).
So far...absolutely no down time...!! Our experience has been excellent...any entries or edits immediately show up across the board.
