Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We consult projects on the achievement of sustainable building rating systems and we use monday.com to track the progress of the achievement of available credits based on several rating systems, versions, and phases. Having the ability to have templates is great so that the wheel is not created again for each project, saving our company and our clients, time and money.
  • Simple yet colorful graphics.
  • Preselected columns/templates.
  • Ability to add viewers AND users.
  • Ability to use tasks within tasks.
  • Ability to export file format.
  • Ability to notify individuals on a board update.
  • Cannot easily manage uploaded files.
monday.com has some great features, but once we thought we "got it" we then integrated new items (sub items) without fully realizing the limitations of the new feature and losing work.
Customer service has been great.
