Use Cases and Deployment Scope

monday.com is currently used by a couple of departments in my organization and we are really happy with this product. This tool is used for bringing a great amount of transparency among the members of the project team and the stakeholders which was one of the biggest challenges we were facing before at the initial stages of the project.

Pros and Cons

The user interface is clean, whatever is required is always available in front of you.
Subtask functionality.
Notifications/reminders.
The mobile APP is also great allows to perform some tasks on go.

Sometimes a whole board needs to be designed for recurring tasks, this could be made easier.

Usability

I am pretty new to project management and having a tool by your side which is easy to understand and manage your daily task efficiently is the first thing that you need. The best part of the tool is that you don't need to put in lot of efforts to learn it, the UI is clean and customizable which make it quite easy to organize & prioritize your work.

Support Rating

Personally I have not come across any issue for which support was involved, I found this platform incredibly reliable. But one of my colleague did came across an issue for which support was involved and according to my colleague they were really prompt to respond and assist on the same.

Reliability & Availability

I have been using monday.com more than a year now and I find it really great not only in terms of its ease of use but also the reliability we have found with it across the board, I don't think I've come across any bugs with the platform till date and have always found it to work as designed.

We are currently using monday.com for assigning daily task, task tracking, and to collaborate on projects. Using this tool has brought in lot of transparency and clarity while juggling multiple tasks. The notification feature is also really helpful, it helps you to keep track of milestones as well as new task which were either assigned to you or other.
