I have been using for a number of years now to manage workflow, booking in design time and time management. Before we used Google Docs which worked to a degree but this makes things a lot slicker, the tools and reports you can run are very useful to keep track on finances. I now have 10+ Boards set up for different uses, from specific jobs, time management, workflow, sales, quotations to name a few.

I can fairly confidently say, it has now become a integral part of my business.

  • Reports are not quite straightforward.
It is a sophisticated database/spreadsheet. The basics can be picked up within 30 minutes and it is very much plug and play. Running reports is a little more time consuming and after 2-3 years use, I still have not quite mastered this section. Customising boards to suit your organisation is straightforward and I think what it does best is task management, scheduling in projects to ensure deadlines are met, ensure all staff can see in front of them what is expected and when.
I had a payment issue, my bank was blocking payments to, this was causing issues so it was the only time I contacted support, after explaining the problem, they came up with a solution and the process was handled swiftly and hassle free.
I have had no issues with reliability, I use the mobile app for when I am on the road, the desktop app at the office and the web version on my laptop from home, all work seamlessly together.

You are able to customize to suit any organisation, we use it specifically for design jobs, booking in artwork on particular days to ensure deadlines are met. We also take advantage of the timer function to clock actual design time per job/project this is very useful to ensure charges are accurate. Reporting is also a very useful function for sales analysis, although it does take a little effort just to grasp how this area works. Feature Ratings
