Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Not sure if we saved time, but definitely help to organise us better.
  • Follow up and current status of the projects.
  • Visibility on the work everyone has delivered.
We used it across the whole mkt department for different projects but the main one is for design requests. Every manager has its own table where he/she can see theirs tasks and their progress and deliver and notify the people who is waiting for that. Apart from that, we use it internally to follow up on the OKR's of the Quarter.
  • Visualisation.
  • Customisation of the dashboards.
  • Comments and tag people.
  • We do have now an AM but especially at the beginning would be appreciated.
  • Notifications. Although they can be customised there's too many.
  • Custom dimensions would be great.
I believe that monday.com is doing a great job with integrating with other tools we have as the time goes by. We have monday.com integrated with several tools now that allow us to see or track what we have on monday.com in Jira, for example, which helps a lot of teams.
I'm not the person who interacts with our new dedicated CSM but I know the team is really happy now. As I said before, it would have very helpful when integrating monday.com and we started setting it up because it would help much more than the one that can be provided nowadays.
The performance of monday.com is just great! In terms of features we have customised dashboards that perfectly fit our needs and the fact of being able to integrate monday.com dashboards to other tools like Jira is perfect. In terms of experience, it has improved the way of working and managing the team and the requests and make them much more efficient time wise.

We use it as a dashboard to see all the requests we have for design and videos material. We can not only request them but also see the evolution of their work, make a follow up, comment about doubts designer may have and get the link of the material there.
On the other hand, I don't think we can use it as visualisation tool of our campaigns.
