Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Employees have taken well to it and even the least computer savvy are comfortable with trying things out.
  • I believe that it has made projects more manageable, but we are still working out the kinks.
  • I believe that with what we are wanting to do with it, monday.com will make meetings more effective since we all see the same information in front of us.
Our company strategy is built out on monday.com, all departments. Though we are using it more then ever, we are still working on procedures in order to make it more effective.
  • For damages we track when a client first reports, to the return to the warehouse, to refund. Images and conversations are sent by email into monday.com when applicable.
  • We use it as a weekly checklist for our reporting. Using automations we have the same checklist recreated on Saturdays to be used the following Mondays. Different tasks are archived differently.
  • For the sales department we have each sales project as a group, using task to complete under the group. In order to achieve the tasks some subitems are made.
  • monday.com doesn't have a good chat feature. We have to use a different app to just have quick conversations and if that leads to an actionable item then we have to double work and add it to monday.com.
  • The inbox isn't very useful for us, we do like the notification, but it would be easier if that was a page like the inbox instead of just a pop-out.
  • We like the inbox and we like some of the dashboards. Both have limitations. It would be nice to use some of the tables/graphs on the inbox page to cover the entirety of monday.com.
I do feel that monday.com is very user friendly, I wish we had a few more options on automations when it comes to subitems (like being able to move them between boards).
Customer service with monday.com is awesome and really effective in both quality of response and speed.
All cloud software will have issues. I feel that monday.com is effective on communicating when there is an issue and when it is resolved. That being said, monday.com is reliable on being up and ready to use at any time of the day. I do see more issues with the app, both PC and Apple, and I do feel there are limitations on the mobile app as well.

Even with the limitations, I feel it is easy to use, the price is reasonable, and it can be adaptable.
