Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
- Easier setup for project management.
- Consolidating what could be multiple programs in to just one.
monday.com is being used by the entire company to keep track of basically everything:
We categorize our clients with tiers and monday.com allows sorting them to be extremely easy and useful. I personally haven't seen such an efficient method for keeping track of all work efforts under one umbrella. We are able to see clients on a sharable board with client highlights. Meanwhile, we have details all kept in client folders where we separate pulses by months (to keep track of monthly work done with clients so we can attribute work hours accordingly). We also use this as a method of security: we keep credentials to websites we host as well as services we implement (strong, random-generated passwords no one can remember, but need to be stored somewhere safe).
All in all, I love using monday.com; it is incredibly useful and our general manager is our office's "Monday guru" as he knows more than anyone how to make boards and such.
- Work (type of work, what work was done).
- Hours.
- Meetings (including notes, Zoom links).
- Client info (contact, contracts, assets).

- Organization for projects/work being done.
- Logging hours - we can keep detailed records of hours certain clients require and if they are approaching their contractual limit or not.
- Storing information - because monday.com is secure, we use it as our only source of necessary information: the vast majority of our business credentials are stored in monday.com.
- Deleting mass messages in Inbox - while I am sure monday.com is used differently for certain situations, our business makes the Inbox feature a little redundant for certain things (employees adding/updating their own pulses on boards others are subscribed to, etc.). I am unaware if there is a feature that already exists that allows for this.
- Renaming it to something other than "monday"; seems to occasionally cause some miscommunication when talking about the app/site and the day of the week, lol.
As I mentioned in the previous question, during my 2 years working at this angency that utilizes monday.com, it has only ever gone down twice. The downtime was minimal, lasting only an hour or so, and we were able to continue work even without access to monday.com.
