- It has been good, helps us have a better front facing for the clients to show our progress.

We use it to manage our many clients. When we were a smaller company, it wasn't so hard.
However as we grew, things were falling through the cracks. If someone wasn't at a client meeting, we may not know of additional tasks being assigned. This helped a lot. As time went on, we had one person assigning tasks, our project manager and that helped a lot.

- It's a little awkward recreating tasks.
It has improved. I need to go in more often and check my assigned projects. Ain't gonna lie, it's one more step in my workflow. BUT it does help me remember things I miss.
