Overall Satisfaction with

  • It has been good, helps us have a better front facing for the clients to show our progress.
  • It keeps everyone in the loop.
  • It's a great reminder if you get behind on something.
We use it to manage our many clients. When we were a smaller company, it wasn't so hard.
However as we grew, things were falling through the cracks. If someone wasn't at a client meeting, we may not know of additional tasks being assigned. This helped a lot. As time went on, we had one person assigning tasks, our project manager and that helped a lot.
  • Keeps you on deadlines.
  • Separates projects.
  • Client notes don't get lost in an email.
  • It's a little awkward recreating tasks.
Sometimes it's a little awkward. But for the most part better than anything else we have used.
Great response times. No problems.
It has improved. I need to go in more often and check my assigned projects. Ain't gonna lie, it's one more step in my workflow. BUT it does help me remember things I miss.

Do you think delivers good value for the price?

Would you buy again?

Great for managing more than 5 clients. It does require focus to put tasks in and then mark them done.
As time goes on, the sort of processes are helpful. Especially for ADD people like me. Feature Ratings
