Use Cases and Deployment Scope

monday.com is used by our whole organization, to organize business processes from day-to-day operational issues to very technical project-oriented processes.
Operational processes include things like social media activity, updating the website, HR-related tasks, lead-generation, etc.
The technical processes we implemented with monday.com cover the whole cycle from tendering for a contract, to collaborate on the project, delegate tasks, or create dependent tasks in order to not "drop the ball."

Pros and Cons

Very nice graphic interface.
Easy to use; most of the things explain themselves.
Highly customizable.
A ton of integrations with other tools that we use.

Some configurations are available in English only, despite the fact that we use the app in German.

Usability

For most use-cases in the business world, monday.com already provides you with templates you can use by just clicking on them.
Automation for the processes are super easy to set-up since no programming knowledge is needed. Stating simply what the app should do how and when is basically enough to do - the rest is done by the app.

Support Rating

We did not have many cases where we actually needed customer support but in the few cases where we actually needed them, they were very fast with a reply that resolved the issue in 99.9% of the cases.

Reliability & Availability

As of now, we have not seen any downtime of monday.com or features not working.

Maintaining a clean and crisp structure in monday.com is quite easy, it does not take a lot of time for set-up and maintaining since it can be automated to a degree that is actually beyond most standard business needs.
