monday.com is used by our whole organization, to organize business processes from day-to-day operational issues to very technical project-oriented processes.
Operational processes include things like social media activity, updating the website, HR-related tasks, lead-generation, etc.
The technical processes we implemented with monday.com cover the whole cycle from tendering for a contract, to collaborate on the project, delegate tasks, or create dependent tasks in order to not "drop the ball."

- Very nice graphic interface.
- Easy to use; most of the things explain themselves.
- Highly customizable.
- A ton of integrations with other tools that we use.
- Some configurations are available in English only, despite the fact that we use the app in German.
As of now, we have not seen any downtime of monday.com or features not working.
