It's used to do our external communications planning, our social media planning, tracking our finances and tracking our interactions with the media (CRM). Only the communication team uses it. Right now, it helps us coordinate our work between our designer, proofreader and social media strategist. We had an Excel sheet before but it was messy and inefficient. During Covid, as we are all working remotely, we needed to link a place for our monthly, yearly and daily planning and to assign tasks to people easily.

  • While linking multiple boards with each other the column duplication is an issue.
  • It would make send to have a function where all items own by one person appears in one board (like my week as a board).
  • The view for externals when you share a board is too small and not appealing.
For me, it was extremely easy to use, I didn't watch any tutorial and felt extremely comfortable with the tool. I'm putting an 8 because other colleagues that are less digitally savvy struggled with automation as a concept. I can see that they are less inclined to build powerful boards, I feel they are a bit lost with the most complicated features of
I didn't contact customer support, and no one in my team did. I can't reply to the question for that reason. This is my explanation. I do trust as a brand to give good support but I can't back this up with anything that I experienced using so far.
I never experience any problem with the app so far, I would assess Monday as a really well designed and reliable tool. I highly trust Monday in my daily work and never had any issues with it since the beginning. It's a very positive experience so far for me and my team.

I would recommend it for all Social Media planning. This is the way I like to use this tool the most. I would recommend it for project management as well. We are an NGO so our budget is limited, I had to fight to use this tool and I'm glad I did. I would love to put all my organisation on, but the price is too expensive for us to get more than 5 users even with the NGO discount. Honestly, I would recommend it to anyone who could afford it.
