We use monday.com as a department, we mainly use it to track tasks, assign teams, track time and review designs.

Pros

Tracking time spent on a task.
Assigning teams and overseeing the workload.
Reviewing designs.

Cons

Flexibility in exporting Excel files would be great.
Custom tables.

Since the most important thing to me is the timesheet tracking, I would love to see more control of how the final timesheet would look like, now I have to export it as Excel sheet and then start work on it to make it the way I want it to be, it would be way better and easier to do this customization directly from monday.com before exporting.

I tried the customer service only one time and it was very helpful and quick response.

Reliability & Availability

Overall experience is great, imagine having lots of papers to fill manually and lots of emails and phone calls to do, now take all this and replace it with one tool that does all this for you in easy and effective way.
