We use monday.com across the whole organization, with all my clients, to improve the communication and avoid unnecessary calls or emails, that can just be solved by uploading a task on monday.com. I'm a huge fan of forms, they help me to be improve the way we do things, to be able to address an issue in the moment, without waiting for notice. I shared them with all my colleagues, so if they need something they can go directly to the form and ask for it without calling. It's great!

- Notifications are a bit confusing.
- I have a hard time to differentiate between boards and groups.
- I'm not able to open 2 monday.coms at the same time, I would like to have a board for all my sessions.
Using monday.com as my work management software has improved the way I work and organise my tasks. Not only because of the possibility to use forms, so people can ask me for tasks without calling or sending emails (which is a very good way to avoid wasting time), I can also say that has improved my organisation, I can always go to monday.com and consult the tasks I'm missing, and also clients/managers can see where I'm at in the task (whether is already in process or if it's done, and they get notifications for it, so we are always on the loop).
