Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com across the whole organization, with all my clients, to improve the communication and avoid unnecessary calls or emails, that can just be solved by uploading a task on monday.com. I'm a huge fan of forms, they help me to be improve the way we do things, to be able to address an issue in the moment, without waiting for notice. I shared them with all my colleagues, so if they need something they can go directly to the form and ask for it without calling. It's great!
- Being able to tag someone in tasks (notifications).
- Forms (to ask for a task).
- Being able to describe the task to its infinite detail.
- Being able to select how far along are you in developing the task for everyone to see (follow up).
- Notifications are a bit confusing.
- I have a hard time to differentiate between boards and groups.
- I'm not able to open 2 monday.coms at the same time, I would like to have a board for all my sessions.
I think it's great, but there are some things that are not that intuitive: for example the sliding sections of a task, if you slide to the right sometimes is hard to get all the info (I get that it's a lot but maybe a better way). However, most of the things are very intuitive for me.
I never used the service, so I wouldn't know, but I was told is a great tool to have custom experience service, so it can help with issues, some of my managers used it. However, I will likely use it in the future, so I can improve my experience in the tool.
Using monday.com as my work management software has improved the way I work and organise my tasks. Not only because of the possibility to use forms, so people can ask me for tasks without calling or sending emails (which is a very good way to avoid wasting time), I can also say that has improved my organisation, I can always go to monday.com and consult the tasks I'm missing, and also clients/managers can see where I'm at in the task (whether is already in process or if it's done, and they get notifications for it, so we are always on the loop).
Do you think monday.com delivers good value for the price?
Are you happy with monday.com's feature set?
Did monday.com live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of monday.com go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy monday.com again?
It's great to work with diverse teams in all over the world (also taking into account we are in a pandemic, and people are spread all over the world, making it harder to work as a team). monday.com makes working from home really easy. I think is very appropriate for this case scenario. However, if you work with several clients, it's difficult to manage all of your boards.
