Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Efficiency/time savings with automations.
  • Less risk of important tasks being missed.
  • Time savings with collaboration (less emails and text messages).
Our organization is using monday.com to organize potential property sellers and keep track of various tasks in order to inspect the properties before deciding to purchase them. We also use it to track who is under contract, sold, etc. Not quite like a CRM, but similar. It helps us make sure nothing falls through the cracks on our transactions and allows everyone to see what step we are one and who is working on what.

  • monday.com makes it easy to see at a quick glance what is overdue or being worked on.
  • monday.com's automations make work care-free and help you never miss a beat.
  • I would love to see more automation options.
  • I would like to see improvement with not allowing certain boards to do certain things because they are private (like making templates).
  • I would like the dashboard to be better at telling me what's going on in my week. Sometimes it does not list all of my previous week's overdue tasks.
The automations are the best! Easy to understand and use plus it makes tasks so much easier to do and keep track of.
I have never had to contact support, so I cannot give an accurate rating.
I've never had a problem with a feature working as designed. Everything has always worked flawlessly - saving me time. It allows our organization to stay efficient and never miss a beat.

It is well suited to organize and keep TRACK of anything you can think of. Even though you can use it as a CRM, I think it's best to use software that is only being marketed as a CRM.
