Our whole team use it for the overview of project management as a
1) Diary
2) To see the workload per person and month
3) To know the status

Also, we use it for managing tasks in administration and development.
  • Visualizing the overview in a clear way so that I get a feeling of control.
  • Flexible but yet simple, to manage.
  • Communicating the possibilities with Monday.
It's simple, flexible, and intuitive.
I have not had so many questions, and those I had were answered fast and correctly.

For invoices and quotations, we use Paymo. External sharing of boards is a potential super feature, but, people who don't work already with Monday, have a barrier to this. Zendesk has started to integrate into other tools to reduce friction. Also, when working on one internal project, it would be nice to invite an external party.
