Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Saves time when team leaders need to see progress.
  • Able to see the overview of programs.
  • Organizing different aspects of clients information.
We use monday.com across our entire organization. This tool helps us keep track of our assignments as well as helps the team leaders track our progress. From a team perspective, I created a ticket board so that I can keep up with incoming requests and projects from my clients, and then once they are completed I have it automated to be moved off of my board. I love that!

Pros

Cons

  • Dark mode is great, but I wish the colors could pop a little more.
  • Give more examples of ways to automate actions.
I think overall these are great, I need to find more time to see how to best use them in my role. Simple automation such as moving a completed task to a different board is amazing. Every second of time that I can save is much appreciated! Having an option to automate a new ticket on a board from an email is amazing! You can tell the monday.com team wants to save you time!!
Monday.com wants to help you! They do not want you wasting your time, if there is ever an issue or something you are having trouble with customer service wants to help! It is great to know that someone is there to help no matter the time so I never have to worry about wasting my time!
This experience has been amazing. The overall user experience is easy to use and easy to learn. There are endless opportunities of how to make each board work for what you need it for! I save so much time by not having to keep up with post it notes for my to do lists when I can keep it all in one spot on Monday!

Monday has helped our entire team with communication and organization! Team leaders can see a simple overview of different boards while teams can go into detail with each other. Working remotely made it clear that our team needed to work on communication so that leaders could see progress being made on different projects without everyone being in the office. 2020 was a great year to start with this amazing tool.
