We have a media company to which our main focus is Residential Real Estate Media. Thus, there are an abundance of moving variables that affect our deliverables, (i.e. Sellers, Realtors, weather, kids, pets, etc...) which make it virtually impossible to manage a consistent product without thorough communication. monday.com allows our teams, (and teams within teams), the ability to upload pics, comments, and assign roles to the appropriate department. The colored tabs, and simple to navigate software are a hit a the office, and our team loves using it! We're able to serve more people, because we have the ability to communicate effectively within the team.

  • customizable templates to jump start
  • endless opportunities to enhance your boards
  • the apps and extensions always improve the experience allowing you to grow as they grow
  • I wish they could help me discover what I don't know that I don't know.
  • Video/Media Player would be great
  • Reports or Templates that can communicate to our CPA or to our accounting department would be great.
  • A dedicated Service representative would be amazing!!

Not anything negative to report here, but I haven't really had any follow up to ensure that I'm happy with the product, OR any follow up to see how we're using it to see if they can see anywhere to identify we can improve. I call my customers to see if the goal was achieved. If it is great. If not, I ask what was the desired result and I see if I have any recommendations. In a few weeks or months I follow up to make sure they're still happy. I wish monday would do that for our small business every so often.

A small yet growing business would HIGHLY benefit from monday.com. Yet, I've seen videos of larger companies and organizations use it as well.
