Used across the entire organization, including companies in the US, Germany, Japan, and China with around 80 employees at this time.

Reliability and capability as expected. We have moved our entire CRM, proposal, project management, invoicing, time tracking, expense entry, vendor management, and project monitoring processes into Monday—basically all business operations except resourcing. This has resulted in a huge learning curve for employees but has centralized information for the relevant stakeholders. The system was flexible enough to be able to customize for these needs, but requires a time investment with people familiar with all company processes to build, implement, and train on the system. Adoption requires a large time investment for training, but the results speak for themselves.
