Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Before using monday.com, there was no organization between our client and the internal team and it generates too many management problems. After we used monday.com we can know the exact status of the items and its details. It's an incredible everyday partner.

  • Can configure or generate time lines
It's a very easy-to-use and intuitive tool. I think that the monday.com team should contact their clients and offer some tutorials of the new functionalities because maybe we ignore some of that and monday.com is better than we think.
When I had an issue with my notifications the Support team attends and resolve it so fast.
It's amazing that all the customizable options that monday.com has. It improves the communication with my team by centralizing all the comments on the same topic in each pulse.
