Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

  • Daily and project scheduling is absolute plus.
  • Negative - it is visible who is working and who is sleeping (smile).
We use software for organizational purpose, daily job scheduling and project preparation and maintenance. It address daily IT tasks, quality journals, 6 and 12 month projects.
  • We can arrange field in our language (slovenian).
  • We can modify field according to our needs.
  • We can automate some tasks (begin, finish).
  • We would like to put some document on task with link functionality. Document is in our Store (file system) and in monday.com is only link to this document. Why. Because this document is only additional information for contributor and owner can change this document. If it is paste into monday, contributor can not see future changes.
We use only project templates and after that, we rearrange to our needs. My opinion is that user must have every time common view and not mish-mash.
I only contribute to one webinar. It was incredibly professional.

monday.com is very well suited for company like ours, where IT department has knowledge in project management field, other contributors in process lack of this knowledge. In difference about for example MS Project, monday.com software is light and reached accross whole department, outsorcing staff and non technical users in company.
