Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We are a center inside of a University. We use it to track clients and projects. We also love the form submission aspect of it because it enables us to interact with clients and not have to continually import new information. It has helped us with communication during this pandemic. Being a virtual team, it was difficult to keep track of projects before monday.com.
- Constantly improving.
- User friendly.
- Customizable.
- CRM capabilities do need to improve.
- Being able to manage notifications at a micro level would be helpful.
Once the automations are in place and you understand what it does, it is incredibly helpful. The only downside to the notification feature is that some people are bombarded with notifications, and they eventually become ignored. They do continually have new developments, their R&D team is knocking it out of the park. I feel like whenever I realize there is an issue and it will be resolved or enhanced within the month (without me complaining). Keep up the good work!
