We use monday.com throughout our entire company to keep us organized with scheduling production, building webstores, and organizing graphic design projects. It allows us to put everything in one place and yet still keep things separated and we can easily forward updates straight from emails.
- We can push updates and information for designs from emails straight to a board on monday.com which allows the project to stay up to date conveniently.
- Each board can be set up a completely different way.
- The color coded status buttons allows us to quickly see where a project is in production.
- Love the animations that happen when changing the status of an update to completed.
- The way emails display after being pushed as an update can get jumbled and confusing sometimes. Attachments sometimes don't make it.
- When uploading images, I have seen quite often that instead of displaying the image it glitched and showed a basic thumbnail. Looks like a bug.
After about a year of use, it has never gone down unless I lost connection to the internet. The only issues I have seen are small glitches when I upload an image, but that can be fixed by re-uploading it. Overall, it has been very reliable for me and very helpful for my organization.
