It really is very intuitive and easy-to-use. With a couple of videos you can start using the tool and get a clear idea of its functionality.

Features work just as advertised and new improvements are constant.

Monday.com is perfect for project management and control. The key to success is engaging the users so they keep all the information up to date. The only scenario in which I think monday.com won't be appropriate is when the company lack[s] internal control and clear processes. If as a company you don't have a clear estructure, trying to use monday.com will be complicated.
