This platform addresses a lot of our problems, particularly in streamlining our processes, making things more efficient and effective. Choosing different types of boards helped us become more flexible in the way we do our marketing process. Lastly, the education videos, like webinars, helped us understand the platform a lot more and use it to our own advantage.

The different templates available opened our eyes to different possibilities for our processes. It gave us flexibility and eventually found the right template for us. Another thing to keep in mind is that you can customize your own template and be able to save it. The same goes for the customized automations. Once you are able to save your templates, you can use this for your advanced settings, therefore further enhancing your project management process.
Customer support has been a huge help for us. They've been helping us out since day 1. These guys have been really patient with us, especially when we ask about formulas, integrations, and automations. They helped us understand these things and were able to apply them to our own advantage. They always respond in a timely manner.
Like I said from one of the previous questions, monday.com was able to help us streamline our processes more effectively and efficiently.

monday.com helped us streamline our marketing processes more effectively and efficiently. We are able to see different boards, which helped us be more flexible in our process, and eventually found the right one for us. Automation helped us a lot in terms of making things a lot simpler and advanced at the same time. The customer support and available webinars helped us understand the automations, integrations, and the platform as a whole. I've used a lot of different project management platforms, and this is the best and my favorite by far.
