I no longer need to worry about not following the same processes for myself or my team, monday.com allows me to make sure it happens the same way every time.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

For my HR department, we utilize monday.com for all of our internal SOP's. This can vary from payroll procedures to new hire processes to change of address. The system can be used for far more than this, as seen with other teams at ARYSE, but it is the best site for what I need to have done.

Pros and Cons

Easy to create templates and reuse over and over again.
Not miss a beat when it comes to procedures like payroll processing.
Keeps our HR department compliant by making sure things happen the same way every time.

The site can be used for so many different things, that at times it seems a little complex for what I am trying to do.

Usability

Slightly complicated at times because there are so many things you can do, but once you find what you need to use, it is simply amazing.
