Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We're a small marketing team, and this product helps us stay on track with what we need to work on, what's being completed, as well as receiving tickets from other departments. It's simplistic in the sense that other departments submit tickets, and my staff can react to them equally as seamlessly.
