Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We started to use monday.com as a way to improve communication and process flow in the marketing department. I made all the boards that we needed and organized them in a way that the other teams could easily use them. We also have this one board where tasks from the different departments are compiled and then distributed to which team will work on it. It's been easier to see how things are progressing as well as who's working on which tasks. We did use Excel long before, so monday.com has been a game-changer.
