Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We are a consulting group that uses monday.com as a project management tool, both internally and with clients, if they don't already have a different project management tool of choice. I like monday.com because of the ability to create different projects and boards, the colorful UI, and helpful status and due date columns that come by default. I also like that you can actually customize a board to adapt to the needs.
- Beautiful & intuitive UI.
- Great filtering and sorting options so you can see just what matters to you.
- You can set up customized integrations with email and other apps like Slack so that you never miss an update on a project you're following.
- It has a learning curve at first since it has so many features.
- Boards can get really long and unorganized if not everyone is collaborating on them.
- Automation (which is one of my favorite features) is not easy to understand, and you need to spend some time testing if you're doing some fancy integration.
- I don't own monday.com, but it helps me keep track of what needs to be done, see the activity log and historical comments, etc.
We don't measure these things, unfortunately.
