Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com is used for organizing and highlighting tasks, team assignments, and a lot more. The app is also easy to use and the notifications are very helpful to keep on track. The interface of boards on Monday.com is user-friendly and allows for constant collaboration between our team members. Managing multiple social profiles/accounts requires the need of efficient work and communication every day and monday.com has answered these needs.

Monday.com has a lot of great features for a customer relationship management software tool. Whether you are looking to manage a group of people, clients, or projects, monday.com offers a wide variety of options to get your task at hand done. The automated features help assist in some confusing areas,
Have not had to use customer support very much in the time I've been on Monday.com. The one time I did, customer support was very responsive and timely to assist my needs. Friendly and eager to help solve the problem at hand. Hopefully won't need to use it much in the future.
The experience using Monday.com as a work management software has generally been very reliable. Only experienced a few times where boards were not loading/the software as a whole was lagging behind. The design makes it easy to navigate and saves valuable time for your work to be efficient and fast.

It is definitely better suited for smaller companies/small teams within a larger group. Being able to invite people from outside your organization is helpful on shorter projects. Any situation that requires multiple people working on the same area/project is a great match for Monday.com because of the UI experience and communication tools it offers.

monday.com & Collaboration

I appreciate that I can adopt them to the needs of each project, as well as I can share them with the whole team and control how much I want them to intervene in it, controlling through the configuration what these people can do and what they can't do.
I would rate a 10, no glaring issues that I've seen so far. Again, functionality and user experience makes it easy to collaborate on any size of project within our team. Being able to communicate within Monday.com is a very helpful tool to have that other software may not.
