Use Cases and Deployment Scope

At our company, we use monday.com primarily for project tracking. In a crowded web application space, it does a good job in simple tracking and updates related to our application of the product. We are definitely not using it to its full potential but it gets the job done for what we need.

Pros and Cons

Clean Interface.
Easy to use.
Good notification options.

Almost 'too simple'.
Additional tagging and features would be nice.
Different list 'types' would be helpful.

Return on Investment

Easy project tracking and setup.

Usability

monday.com creates an extremely easy-to-use interface out of the box. We love how quick and easy it was to get through the initial setup of an effective project tracking system. There is probably much more to explore under the surface, but overall it provides exactly what we need at a high level.

Support Rating

To be completely honest we have not yet had to reach out to monday.com support in the years we've been using it. I suppose that is a testament to the fact that it is fairly intuitive 'out of the box'. It would be unfair to rate this one way or another as we have yet to have to deal with support.

Reliability & Availability

Uptime has been 100% as far as we can tell, and in an era where almost all applications are cloud-based, this is an absolute necessity. No major complaints about the product as it provides exactly what we need at this point in time. Reliability overall is not a concern based on our usage, and the fact we've encountered no real outages when we need access.

monday.com does a really great job when it comes to creating a clean workspace for collaborative tracking of lists. It enables our team to track projects quickly and easily, with good notification options to keep everyone informed. It would be nice to have a little bit more depth when it comes to what can be done, but that could be a lack of exploration on our end.
