Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
At our company, we use monday.com primarily for project tracking. In a crowded web application space, it does a good job in simple tracking and updates related to our application of the product. We are definitely not using it to its full potential but it gets the job done for what we need.
- Clean Interface.
- Easy to use.
- Good notification options.
- Almost 'too simple'.
- Additional tagging and features would be nice.
- Different list 'types' would be helpful.
- Easy project tracking and setup.
- Increased collaboration.
- Time savings.
Uptime has been 100% as far as we can tell, and in an era where almost all applications are cloud-based, this is an absolute necessity. No major complaints about the product as it provides exactly what we need at this point in time. Reliability overall is not a concern based on our usage, and the fact we've encountered no real outages when we need access.
