Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our marketing team uses monday.com internally to stay organized with our quarterly planning and weekly project scope. We use it in our meetings to plan out our weekly sprints and discuss updates, as well as keep notes and files related to projects for easy reference.
  • Project organization over a period of time.
  • Notifications for updates to an item.
  • Listening to customer feedback and continuing to update the product.
  • Subitems have continued to improve, but still could be a bit better.
  • Ease of importing items from a spreadsheet could improve.
  • Saves us time in meetings not having to cover simple project updates because all that information lives on monday.com and is readily available.
  • Makes it easy for our executive team to check in on what our team is doing without having to waste meeting time.
Monday.com has a super easy-to-use interface from a desktop and mobile app perspective. Easy to get the hang of and jump in and very versatile and flexible to how you want to set up your boards and organize whatever your team is working on.
I would imagine the support is great but I don't think we've had the need to reach out to their support team yet.
I can't recall any major issues with monday.com recently. Load time is fast, things always function as they should.... no complaints.

The platform is great for in-the-weeds project management for team(s) that need to stay organized and on the same page. Probably not best for an organization's overall, higher-level planning efforts like a strategic or operational plan. I've only used it with one team at one company, so I don't have different experiences with it, but it fits our use case very well.
