Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Since we have a remote workplace environment, monday.com helps us communicate the progress of our projects (searches for executives at tech companies). It helps us track meetings between our clients and candidates, as well as contact information and progress through the process of the search. It also helps us with communicating the availability of candidates and clients, as well as showing candidates who are no longer in the process.

Pros

  • It has an accessible user interface that is easy to use with little training.
  • It has a "view only" mode for users who need to know the information presented but don't need to edit.

Cons

  • It doesn't integrate with certain other applications that we use, like Thrive TRM, which is software used in the recruiting industry.
  • It doesn't have a mobile option or adaptability for a tablet.
  • It has helped us save time in meetings and writing out individual messages on the status of each project
  • It is used by almost all the employees in the firm.
It is very easy to use, especially as a viewer. It requires little training to be fully up to speed, but of course usability improves with time.
I have never used customer support.
It is reliable 99% of the time. We have only experienced one outage.

Thrive, Mixmax, Zoom
It works well for tracking certain steps of a process, but the use is pretty limited otherwise. The space for notes isn't very extensive, which makes it hard to fully communicate certain things to team members. The color-coding system is nice for processes with defined steps (scheduling, scheduled, feedback, etc.) but wouldn't be great for something that was more fluid.
