Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We run a lean company and monday.com is like having a personal assistant who keeps all of our projects, and the communication and documents associated with those projects, in a very easy-to-access platform. My department is an internal consulting division of the company, focused on analytics and data science projects. We use monday.com from project request (there's a nifty form feature that we linked on the company's intranet) all the way through to archiving finished projects. I found the platform to be very intuitive and flexible. Besides keeping us organized, monday.com encourages accountability with features like updates, messaging, checklists with due dates, and a host of other features.
- Easy to find materials from past work projects.
- Updates provide transparency and accountability in a way that Outlook just can't support.
- Personal dashboards so you can see where you or your direct reports stand in terms of workload.
- I really can't think of anything that needs improvement.
- Saves hours of time a week in sorting through and filing communication that would have been done in Outlook (which has limited filing capabilities, IMHO).
- Creates accountability ... what needs to be done, by whom, by what date is very transparent. No excuses.
Monday.com has only been down, I think, once in my four years of using it and the downtime was very short-lived, barely noticed. Overall performance is solid, i.e., very fast and responsive.
