Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Since the beginning of the pandemic, we made a fast jump to remote working and needed a tool we could all gather around and consult to see what everyone was working on. We use monday.com for task management, monitoring, driving discussions, and reporting. To some extent we automate the jobs which are minor but fun and helpful - so when you finish a task - poof - it disappears and the team feels good too. Furthermore, we park ideas to make sure we can pick them up when we have time.
- Beautiful UX
- Easy automation for basic steps
- Reporting: saved views and filters for regular reporting based on updated data.
- Responsive design - too small and a browser window and I can't see anything anymore.
- Word wrap function could be nice.
- Visibility for other departments
- Regional splits at a glance
There was only one serious shortcoming we never overcame and everything else was always solvable with small tactical changes to how we were using the program and that shows great flexibility. Combined with a killer UX and APP, we're happy.
