Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use it to manage our day to day tasks and manage project management.

  • Pricing starts to be unrealistic.
  • Saves time.
  • Managing tasks is very easy.
  • Saves money on time spent on teaching employees - easy to set up and run with it.
The templates are great, most of them are very simple, and not usable from the box, it seems that they were built by people with no hands-on experience in some fields, like the accounting or social ads accounts.
So far had no problems with customer support.
It's the most relible and easy-to-use software we had. It does crash every 3 to 4 months and that kinda ruins our day, but we live with that.
