monday.com made my work easier, faster and more efficient within a few weeks of implementing

Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We leverage it mostly for project management purposes and are looking to leverage capacity planning for the department by using the tool.
  • Communication from our account reps
  • making most processes easy
  • trainings provided from the company to support
  • informing about new features - hard to find and not easy like the little gift icon on the navigation panel was.
  • Adapting to our needs for changing the structure to meet our need for our fiscal weeks vs. calendar weeks - we've worked through alternate solutions but it's always a sticking point on calendars and gantts as it can't be changed
  • The way you need to add an app/integration onto a board is a little complicated and should be simplified
  • it has significant time savings by automating many steps
  • It takes a bit for associates to adopt it but once they do, they see the value easily!
  • The form features are great to capture information instead of going back and forth via email and spreadsheet!
The program is pretty intuitive. There are some areas of opportunity with making some thing easier to locate like they were back in 2021 on the navigation panel - sometimes searching isn't the easiest feature. Overall though I compare the program similar to apple vs. android. Apple feels very intuitive and when I moved from an Android phone I definitely know I will never move back as I feel like it's easier. I would compare monday.com in a similar light. Once you get used to the platform it's pretty intuitive.
There was a period of time in the last 2 years where we had a few success managers and we wouldn't always get a quick response and need to follow up. Other than that we are now in a great place and get FAST support from our account reps as well as any tech support has been very quick and responsive with less than 60 mins of timing!
The program is easy to work with and gets great adoption once people really start to explore the platform. At our company we use many different platforms to support as needed within each dept. This is likely the one thing holding us back, is that it's not company wide at this point, so it's complicated when some teams aren't familiar with it.

It is dynamic and we are able to get support and feedback quickly from the company, which I haven't experienced with other companies. Also, the training support through videos, webinars and articles is unmatched. I enjoy using it and have gotten our 100+ dept licenses to support!
