We leverage it mostly for project management purposes and are looking to leverage capacity planning for the department by using the tool.

- making most processes easy
- trainings provided from the company to support
- informing about new features - hard to find and not easy like the little gift icon on the navigation panel was.
- Adapting to our needs for changing the structure to meet our need for our fiscal weeks vs. calendar weeks - we've worked through alternate solutions but it's always a sticking point on calendars and gantts as it can't be changed
- The way you need to add an app/integration onto a board is a little complicated and should be simplified
- it has significant time savings by automating many steps
- It takes a bit for associates to adopt it but once they do, they see the value easily!
- The form features are great to capture information instead of going back and forth via email and spreadsheet!
The program is easy to work with and gets great adoption once people really start to explore the platform. At our company we use many different platforms to support as needed within each dept. This is likely the one thing holding us back, is that it's not company wide at this point, so it's complicated when some teams aren't familiar with it.
