Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
As a specialist school with various divisions and departments, we all need to work together and be on the same page. Having introduced monday.com to my current company, it has revolutionised the way the school plans events/ activities/marketing. It's a great tool for us to keep our meetings short by using the meeting templates provided. Monday.com has also helped in decreasing the amount of meetings and the time it takes when we DO have meetings. Before we started monday.com there wasn't any formal planning documents and everyone seemed to be chasing their tail. Even though it's a newly implemented tool, it's so easy to use and the team LOVE having control over the day to day and medium/ long term planning abilities.

Cons
- It would be good to be able to have boards within boards, or sub boards.
- Even though the automations are really helpful, sometimes I feel that they are slightly lack or not AS user-friendly as the rest of monday.com.
- More seats!! Let us have as many or as little as we like within each category, don't limit us to multiples of.
- We have not used this system for long enough yet to see how we are benefiting, but I can guarantee it is saving time which is, in turn, saving money.
- Communications across the board is improved.
- One of my main goals and the marketing manager is to ensure that we can plan properly and work collaboratively as a team and monday.com is helping us to achieve this.
- It's an incredible planning tool which leaves very little room 'forgetting' and letting things slide, which has had a very positive impact on deadlines and meeting them.
It is not needed for us to use the full monday.com suite of services, however, what we have used to this point has been great. Clear communications, defined outputs and allocation of owner/ team members allows us to get on with Business. I've created most my boards through the templates which has saved lots of time and those that I've built myself are duplicated, again, making it very easy and quick to use. Writing this review is taking more time than using monday.com!
