Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com helps me and my team in terms of project planning. Everyday tasks for my staff. With monday.com, the team works efficiently in terms of coordination on projects and each of my staff knows what to do on a particular day and so prepared on the following day. My personal favorite is the Kanban view which made it more visually-sound for our profession as an architect. The status column also helps me in tracking of what did my team accomplished in the moment and the date column,assist me on managing the deadlines for my team.

Overall, monday.com is a value to our money. Helps my company to be more organized and systematic. So I would recommend monday.com to business owners and companies.

  • Automation at its best. More systematic in terms of customization.
  • Kanban view is so much interesting. Not boring.
  • Gannt chart is so helpful on managing projects schedule.

Cons

  • I hope that formula column can be included on my standard plan.
  • Everything is cool.
  • Nothing much I see in terms of improvement.
  • My employees love it. Make them more productive.
  • Missed deadlines were prevented.
  • Projects are more manageable.
Automation makes our life easier. Like email notifications. Also, my most favorite is the integration with Docugen. Makes our invoicing, purchase order and material requisition form more interactive.
I had an experience asking inquiries regarding board permissions to the support center. They replied to me right away and gave me some advice on how to use it without upgrading to an enterprise plan. Very responsive.
The overall performance of monday.com is highly satisfying. From a user-friendly interface to assisting our company in managing projects in terms of time, collaboration of the team, daily task management, automated system. This helps us a lot. Overall, my weekdays always feels like Monday!

In my business. It is suited because my company offers design and build services. I am always outside, but I can still monitor and give orders in monday.com. I monitor the team through the status column and updates. Gannt chart was also a big help in terms of individual project management. Also, we customized an inventory system using monday.com
