Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I started using monday.com to manage projects within the company to better manage them on the fly. We can now keep track of every job, every update, and every file that is uploaded to the job. It has made it infinitely easier to answer questions on the fly, to look up job addresses, and to find shop drawings if they aren't available on-site.

monday.com is the absolute best! We were using a system that was geared more towards sales, and with monday.com we get the best of all worlds. The ability to project manage with monday.com is off the charts. Everything is now organized, simple to use, and easy to find. We will continue to use monday.com for the foreseeable future and look forward to any upgrades along the way.

Support Rating

We have not had to use support for monday.com yet, because it is so user-friendly. But I am sure that in the future, we may have the need, and I am sure they will be just as great and simple to use as the site itself.

Reliability & Availability

monday.com has been great. We can access it anywhere at any time. While on the job site or in the office. We get real time updates when changes are made and who made them, for reference.

We needed something better than what we were currently using. We needed better access to information while we were out in the field and access to files that could easily be lost by installers if they were to carry them in their vehicles. monday.com provided that, with the app on any smartphone we could access everything that we were looking for. Now if they could just link a calendar to any dates put into a board then we could probably completely control our whole company via monday.com.
