Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
we use it for development, design, and international project management
- Simple to use interface
- Organization across multiple departments
- Automations
- Sales - cant select number of seats less than free viewer members. Had to deactivate members to get under a threshold to unlock the 5 seat option.
- Price
- Visibility over pricing across monday dev, monday marketer, etc.
- Visibility - we used email alone before introducing Monday.com
- Easy to set up - time investment
- Roadmap development
We have used Monday as our central database to track and prioritize projects and it has been a game changer. Of course this is compared to email only which was not scalable, but it is night and day difference.
We have a few key members who use it as our daily driver and that also has proven to be a positive point.

monday.com Feature Ratings
monday.com & Collaboration
I do - we have 6 separate departments who run independently, which makes it easy to cross over when needed. The view only seats are also super nice for team involvement for meetings.
We are onboarding more departments as we speak.

The tool is almost perfect. I would love to see the ability to adjust tabs more easily.
