Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

we use it for development, design, and international project management
  • Simple to use interface
  • Organization across multiple departments
  • Automations
  • Sales - cant select number of seats less than free viewer members. Had to deactivate members to get under a threshold to unlock the 5 seat option.
  • Price
  • Visibility over pricing across monday dev, monday marketer, etc.
  • Visibility - we used email alone before introducing Monday.com
  • Easy to set up - time investment
  • Roadmap development
Most of the templates feel similar, but I can see how these templates can be used for a variety of use cases.

Everything is super easy to use and, more importantly, the tool is easy to teach to my co workers both as a paid user and a free user.
customer service has been great, it was a little frustrating how I could not self serve when buying our seats.

the options 3 seats, 5 seats, and 10 seats were greyed out because we had more than 10 free viewers. We only had 3 registered team members. I had to find my own work around which was deactivating everyone, adding the 5 seat option, then re-activating everyone.

Another company could easily delete their users and have to re-add them which is a frustrating user experience.
We have used Monday as our central database to track and prioritize projects and it has been a game changer. Of course this is compared to email only which was not scalable, but it is night and day difference.

We have a few key members who use it as our daily driver and that also has proven to be a positive point.

Do you think monday.com delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with monday.com's feature set?

Yes

Did monday.com live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of monday.com go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy monday.com again?

Yes

Monday is by far the most intuitive, plug and play tool I demo'ed. Ease of use is the most important due to the age of some of our senior members.

The price point is at the upper end of the spectrum compared to other tools, but the price is not outrageous.

monday.com & Collaboration

I do - we have 6 separate departments who run independently, which makes it easy to cross over when needed. The view only seats are also super nice for team involvement for meetings.

We are onboarding more departments as we speak.

The tool is almost perfect. I would love to see the ability to adjust tabs more easily.
