As VP of Business Operations, I manage a team that amplifies and promotes the mission of the company, which is to capture speaking engagements and promote literary work projects. I use monday.com to keep me and my team abreast of all major projects, specific components to those projects, and milestones and deadlines that are in place. monday.com allows our business to flow more seamlessly and is such a great asset as far as tracking progress made and assisting in completing important tasks.
Pros
- Utilizing the Dashboards.
- Allowing a Deep Dive into project component breakdowns, and accountability.
- Having everyone on the team have real-time knowledge of tasks to be completed.
Cons
- At this time, I do not have any examples for improvement of monday.com.
- Honestly, we are still in the period where we are evaluating the ROI.
- monday.com has increased the speed of communication in our business, and this has to equate to savings, especially with time and productivity.
monday.com has helped me take a different perspective when looking at business objectives and having the whole team engaged and on the same page to understand, work through, and complete those objectives.
